I work on commissions and update my queue Monday-Thursday. I do not answer business DMs or work on commissions Fri-Sun unless a rush fee was paid and it falls on a weekend.

All commissions under $100 USD must be paid in full before the commission is started

All commissions must be paid in USD via PayPal or CashApp

I cannot offer refunds unless I am unable to complete your piece

Depending on the size of my queue, commissions can take anywhere from a week to a few months. Commissions will always be completed in under six months from date of payment

You may ask for a rush commission but it will cost extra

You, the commissioner, will be given access to a Trello where you can track the status of your commission

Any changes that need to be made after the initial sketch is approved that are NOT artist error will cost extra (cost dependent on what change/where in the process the change is made)

Any bigoted or hateful content (racism, homophobia, transphobia, anti-semetic themes, Blue Lives Matter/All Lives Matter, etc)

Any depiction of underage characters in adult situations, aged up or not

Mechs/mechanical heavy characters, characters with beaks, FULL BODIES OF FERAL CHARACTERS, or overly masculine/muscular characters (unable to produce in a professional quality)

Feral characters in NSFW situations

Babyfurs, “loli/shota”, zoophilia, non-consent/sexual assault, incest

Any content which fetishizes an identity, including intersex bodies

I reserve the right to turn down any NSFW commissions that make me uncomfortable

Used as a Profile picture (with credit)

Used for Non-profit public use (with credit)

Used for Non-profit private use (lockscreen, etc)

Reposted publicly (with DIRECT/LINKED credit)

Sold publicly/privately as prints/merch/etc without prior discussion and compensation

Used to make/promote NFTs or other cryptocurrency

Edited/traced/recolored and posted publicly without prior discussion

Used to create/promote hateful/bigoted content

Commissioning me does not make us friends, I am very bad at holding conversations with strangers, please do not message me about non-business matters unless prompted. (If we click well and end up developing a friendship that’s fine, but please do not take your status as a commissioner as the same thing as friendship with me.) I am semi-verbal and strangers drain me super quick.

When commissioning me, do not send sexual artwork as a reference without asking beforehand (artistic nudity such as a ref sheet is fine)

Please be as concise and precise about what you want in a commission as possible. I get overwhelmed by long descriptions or details about a character that aren't relevant to the commission. Just stick to what is necessary, thank you

Unless the details are offered, please do not pry into my personal life/reasons for hiatuses/personal emergencies.

Under no circumstances may you vent or trauma dump (this is different than explaining why a piece/character is important to you), I would also prefer you not come to me to gossip

Even if you are getting a NSFW commission from me, I expect you to act professional/like a decent human being. I don't need to know why you're into what you're into/the entirety of your list of kinks. And you are not entitled to knowing anything about me regarding that subject matter. Point blank period.

I will give you exactly one warning that you're violating a boundary, after that I will terminate without refund.

Post the finished commission to my social media (I can keep it anonymous on request)

Use the commission as an example on my website and other social media

Terminate the commission without refund if you violate these stated TOS

You must keep the design on toyhou.se and you may not hide it. My manager and I keep an eye on my designs so we can make sure my TOS are not being broken. Hiding/deleting the design will result in being blacklisted.

Any designs I create (NOT initial image), may be used for most commercial use (merch, in projects that make you money, etc) with credit

My designs may NOT be used to create/promote NFTs

My designs may NOT be used to promote/create hateful or bigoted content

You may not sell my designs for more than you bought them for without additional art (by you or commissioned from other artists)

You may not sell/trade/gift/willingly put my designs in the hands of people on my blacklist (found on my tH)

I must be credited as the designer/creator of the initial art with direct links anywhere the adopt is posted

The initial art of the design may NOT be used for commercial use/for profit

The lines/art of the initial design may not be traced/used as a base. At this time I do not make/sell bases, please do not use my designs for this purpose

Failure to abide by these terms will result in being blocked and publicly blacklisted/banned from obtaining more of my designs
